Refund policy

At RR Retailers, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of grocery and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of purchase
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging (for non-perishable items)
  • Perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, and consumables cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used consumable goods
  • Fresh produce and perishable items (unless damaged)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
