All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.

We currently ship within Canada only. Delivery availability may vary based on your location and the products ordered.

Certain items, including perishable or temperature-sensitive products, may be eligible for local delivery or in-store pickup only.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Local Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
  • In-Store Pickup (if available): Ready within 24–48 hours

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Promotional or free shipping offers may be available from time to time and are subject to specific terms.

5. Perishable & Grocery Items

Due to the nature of grocery products:

  • Some items may not be eligible for shipping
  • Perishable goods may be delivered locally only
  • RR Retailers is not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect delivery address or delayed receipt by the customer

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order where applicable.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RR Retailers is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items (if applicable)

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
